Transports
- From the airport to Bordeaux down town (most hotels)
You can take a bus "JET’BUS" (7 euros / pers) every 45 minutes from 7:45 to 22:45 - Departure from airport Hall B. Stop at "Office de Tourisme", 1-3 allée de Tourny, from which Hotels are less than 10 min by walk. Time table for this shuttle are available on this page.
Or you can go by taxi, it will cost about 40-50 euros.

- From the train station to the hotels You can take the tram line C headed to "Les Aubiers" and get off at stop "Place de la Bourse" around which most hotels are located
Accomodations
We encouraged you to book your hotels as soon as possible. You can find some informations in the Hotels section. Most hotels are located in Bordeaux down town (except two in Talence).
Meeting place
The meeting will take place in Bordeaux University (Talence). To go there from downtown take the tram line B headed to "Pessac" (or "Bougnard") and get off at the stop named "Forum". From there you can walk up to Le Haut Carre where the meeting will be. We’ll have lunch there too.

Social dinner
On Tuesday night, we will have a social dinner in Bordeaux.
