Neutrino-nucleus interactions is a topic of current great interest for different domains of physics, from nuclear to neutrino physics and astrophysics. In this talk we will review the present status in this field and various applications, in particular to neutrino astronomy and double-beta decay. Finally we will discuss low energy beta-beams, that might offer the opportunity to perform systematic neutrino-nucleus interaction studies in the future.
